On June 8, 2009, there was a stunning rainbow visible from the Mount Rose Junction. I first grabbed a shot from the side of the road, risking life and limb to stop on the Mount Rose Highway. Then caught a quick pic at Raley’s Supermarket. I like this juxtaposition of the rainbow, garbage can and grocery cart. Very Reno. Very USA. Wish I had captured the entire light pole. Taken with my Blackberry on the fly.
