How to adjust your mirrors | The Web Page of Kristopher Linquist.

Excellent article! I got a flyer from State Farm Insurance about 10 years ago with this exact information. Almost everyone is adjusting their rear and side view mirrors in a way that ensures huge blind spots. The main reason people have side-impact collisions is that they do not see the vehicle that is right next to them! That’s also according to State Farm. Please read this article and adjust your mirrors correctly. If you don’t believe me, Kristopher or State Farm, test it out by parking your car and watching as other cars pass when you have your mirrors adjusted as suggested or the way you normally have them adjusted—with what you see is mostly the side of your car.
