Michael Moore asks a pertinent question. I’ve often wondered at the audacity with which people cling to a Christian identity while simultaneously screwing others over and/or taking zero responsibility for the welfare of the vulnerable: children, the elderly, the sick: The current health care “debate” comes to mind. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’ve read that Islam is against usury/investing because you are making money by doing nothing. Now there’s a concept that’s foreign to most Americans!
